Familiarisation and Audition information

Familiarisation: Sunday 27th April, 7pm
Audition: Tuesday 29th April 7pm

2 males - Age 40+

This is an exciting opportunity for two men to sink their teeth into an immensely enjoyable new play!

A bit about the play

Two friends reunite after six years apart, but have they changed irreparably? As they journey through their pasts, will they find a common future? Or has time and ambition intervened to make their differences unsurpassable.

So why the chess picture, you ask? Ahh... you'll just have to come and see the play.

FourPlay at The Crescent Theatre - And so it begins...

If someone had asked me a month ago what I would be doing in July, I wouldn't have dreamt I would be directing at The Crescent Theatre for the second year in a row.

It all happened so fast! 3 weeks ago I was invited to direct in this year's FourPlay. The next thing I knew the Arts Manager had agreed for me to direct Jefferson Collins' The Street Cleaner! I was whisked into a production meeting with the other three director's and now I'm setting up 'The Street Cleaner' blog.

With the familiarisation this Sunday and the auditions Tuesday, things clearly won't be slowing down anytime soon. It's a good thing I like things fast-paced!
